Rocky's Resume

Hello, I am a dog.  My owners call me Rocky and claim my breed as that of an American Staffordshire Terrier - this is NOT a pit bull guys, think "little rascals" that dog was an AMSTAFF too.  Some prefer to think of me as an American Bulldog, another closely related breed but one without the bad rep.

And before anyone asks: YES those zipper-like stripes on my sides are scars but NO I didn't get them fighting.  If you ask my owners they'll say either "What scars?" or "Land Shark."  I'm not sure what that means but the 2nd one almost always gets a laugh ... human, go figure!  The truth is that my original owner  (before I decided to grace John and Gail by letting them adopt me from Operation Kindness) had a vet fix up some nasty chain-link fence damage and subsequent infection.  I am the living example of why you shouldn't have a chain-link fence to keep dogs in.

Please check out my site here, hidden among the bikes John and Gail love so much ... soon as I learn how I'll discuss the sidecar I'll be driving and put some pictures up here about that experience.  So far I've alternately loved and feared it, once I know how to stay in control and get used to the seat harness I think I'll enjoy it though. 

Another of my favorite things is to run - since my people can't seem to keep up and don't like me to run off on my own I talked them into buying me a "Springer" so I could pull them along on their bicycles.  Check out some pictures of me exercising!
