WELCOME to Dog Bytes!

I am Rocky, an Amstaff or "pit bull" type dog and these are my pages ... I hope they will serve to help foster better relations between humans and animals, point out the dangers of cats and mailmen, discuss the finer points of "dog training"  how to play along to get what you want, and of course supply an Advice Column to those poor animals in need who don't quite know how to handle their humans.  Also please check out the dog rescue pages!

My pop is also involved with "Black and Tan coonhound Rescue"  (that's a black and tan on the right) and always has at least two or three of these wonderful sweet dogs around for us to play with ...

The picture above left is not Rocky as a puppy, but it SHOULD be! It's close enough that we know this is how he would have looked and it too is a "vicious pit bull" as you can clearly see!  Seriously, how can ANYONE treat these little guys so bad they turn out mean?  Please do your part to make certain this and other 'dangerous' breeds are protected and that the REAL problem of people abusing and neglecting them is addressed.
